Privacy Policy
Ember is built for people who want to preserve what matters. Our mission is to help you capture, organize, and share meaningful memories while keeping your information private and under your control.
Here’s our privacy approach in plain language:
- You own your content. The things you save in Ember are for you and the people you choose to share with.
- We do not sell your personal information.
- No generalized AI training by default. We do not use your private content to train generalized AI models unless you explicitly opt in.
- We use trusted infrastructure to run Ember. That includes communications providers like Twilio to send verification codes and invitations, and analytics tools to understand what’s working and improve the product.
- You can opt out. If you receive an invitation text and do not want more, you can reply
STOPwhere applicable or email us to suppress your number.
This Privacy Policy explains how Ember Studios, Inc. (“Ember,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and shares information when you use Ember and our website located at ember.build (collectively, the “Service”).
If you have questions or requests, contact us at privacy@ember.build.
